Store Presentation: Takes pride in the store’s overall appearance, ensures cleanliness and organization at the register areas, fixtures, etc… Gift wrap station is tidy. Supplies are stocked. Displays are fresh.
Dependability: Is prompt and dependable. Displays an awareness of others around you. Knows how to set priorities in work flow.
Attitude: Displays a positive work attitude with staff and management. A good team player and team leader. Reacts positively.
Communications Skills: Communicates with staff and management. Ensures policies and procedures are being adhered to. Again - a team person.
