News from the North
The Makeover at Cherry Creek North Spring is a time of renewal, growth and fresh looks. How do you like ours? And this is just the beginning of the makeover. Of course, we’re not going to admit to a facelift, but after all we’ve been through in the last 20 years, we will tell you that we are ready to spruce things up. The Cherry Creek North Streetscape Project -- just now in full swing, and the first comprehensive upgrade to our neighborhood in 20 years! -- is going to be hot: Smart meters, pedestrian lighting, new signage, intersection improvements, landscaping, street furniture, the works! And, of course, everything will be open, accessible and fun throughout work on the project. And that includes the parking: click here for details. We know what we’re getting you for the holidays -- improvements will be complete in November. Needless to say, Cherry Creek North is Style Update Central right now.

Don’t worry, all during the North Makeover there will still be plenty of parking in the neighborhood, with both on-street parking and plenty of spaces in the six parking lots in the district. While a few of the on-street parking spots will be blocked at various locations during construction, the down time will be minimal. Check out all of the parking issues and options for “The New North” Streescapes project on the Cheery Creek North Parking page on the website.
