Fall Fashion Week Hits Cherry Creek North
Put on your party pumps—it’s our favorite time of the year: Fall Fashion Week. Previews for Spring 2010 started on the runway in New York and from there extend to London, Milan and Paris. But you don’t have to step outside Cherry Creek North to find the firsts of the fashion season. In that spirit, this is an issue of firsts. Because after all, you heard it here first. |

The Color of Style
The Pantone Color Institute reports that the top 10 colors for Spring 2010 are turquoise, tomato puree, fusion coral, violet, Tuscany, aurora, amparo blue, pink champagne, dried herb, and eucalyptus. Executive Director of Pantone, Leatrice Eiseman, calls this “cautious optimism.” We think it just makes sense to head to DS Additions at 2432 E. 3rd Ave. to find the perfect new pieces to freshen up your wardrobe for a “yes we can” look. Danielle and Samantha (the eponymous DS in the team) have precisely the right color accessories to complement your wardrobe. Stride over to www.dsadditions.com.. |

Fashionable – Guaranteed!
When you see the models on the runway, they tend to focus on the ladies. What about the men? For affordable fashion in Cherry Creek North, you can’t get much better than the Men’s Warehouse at 201 Fillmore St. Men’s Warehouse, which dresses the man from head to toe with suits, shirts, ties, shoes and now even “designer jeans at great prices,” has couture suit styles from the likes of Sean John, Kenneth Cole, Pronto Uomo, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein. And now there’s a sale, with suits as low as $199 plus a Buy One-Get One for $100. As an added bonus, men can dress for success for less and help those less fortunate at the same time by donating “gently used professional attire” in the firm’s National Suit Drive.
