Who wouldn’t want to end a great yoga class with a great glass of wine? We’ve melded a few of our favorite things and bring you Vino Vinyasa Yoga. A local instructor from The Yoga Mat (a cool yoga studio like no other) will teach an hour long vinyasa yoga class followed by a wine mixer.
