Parking
There are many parking and transportation options for you in Cherry Creek North (CCN).
On‐Street Parking
Paid street parking is required from 8am to 7pm. Currently there are 73 parking kiosks located around the neighborhood that are maintained, run and monitored by the City and County of Denver (Parking Management). Unlike traditional parking meters, the kiosks issue timed receipts allowing shoppers to park and move their cars to different street spots as many times as they wish, until their time expires within the 16 ‐ block CCN area. Visitors simply leave their kiosk receipt on their car dashboard.
You can purchase on‐street parking for three hours maximum at a time (you can refill the meter when the 3 hours is up). Parking is $1 an hour, with a minimum of 15 minutes for 25 cents and a maximum of 3 hours. The fee applies to all on‐street parking spaces. The parking kiosks accept credit cards, quarters, parking tokens and CCN gift cards. You can purchase CCN gift cards and Parking Tokens at the CCNBID office at 299 Milwaukee St, Ste 201.
Smart Meter Update
The City and County of Denver will be including Cherry Creek North in their “Smart Meter” replacement program across the City. This new convenient parking system will replace the green parking kiosks by the end of the year. Installation will begin on Steele Street in July and will move east across the District until its completion later this year. You may have noticed that the City has started to install the poles for the meter heads. While this transition is taking place, the existing parking kiosks will still be operational. Once a street has officially switched over to Smart Meters, we’ll list that information here.
