We wish you a beautiful and safe Memorial Day Weekend, and give our thanks to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
Earlier this week, local artist Austin Zucchini-Fowler completed the sixth and seventh installments of his "Wall of Gratitude" series, marking the first-ever public mural in Cherry Creek North! Located at 257 Fillmore Street, the mural honors the grocers, cooks, delivery drivers and all of the local heroes who are working tirelessly to serve our community even as dining rooms remain closed.
Check out Austin's work on Instagram (@austinzart). Austin is selling prints and tees here of the entire series. For every ten prints sold, a print will be sent to a different hospital in the US.
Watch a time lapse video showing Austin's progress below and tag @cherrycreeknorth in your mural photos for a chance to be featured on our social media pages!
Need a break from backyard grilling or just want to support your local restaurants? Get food to go! Over 40 Cherry Creek North dining establishments continue to provide takeout, curbside pick-up and delivery and would appreciate your support. Here are a few specials to take advantage of this weekend:
