OFFICE COORDINATOR
The Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District seeks a highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, acting as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, combined with a wide range of duties, including meeting coordination, contact database record management, and other essential departmental support needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and providing support to our team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and activities to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage schedules or appointment arrangements.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Manage Salesforce database contacts, roles, groups for organization.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Support project management efforts by tracking timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Marketing team support in a variety of meeting and event projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency with the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Position requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), with minimum 2-4 years of previous administrative experience.
- Salary $56k-$62k commensurate with experience with additional incentive pay opportunity available.
