Posture Power Wellness is a woman-owned and operated small business, founded by Shari Barta, MS, OTR/L, CPT, NCPT, PCES.

Since opening as "Shari Barta Wellness" in 2020, the studio has brought a fresh approach to functional movement through physiotherapy, corrective exercise, personal training and Pilates principles to help you live long and strong!

We remain the only Denver studio to allow young athletes (age 9+) to join our Pilates equipment classes.
