Cherry Creek North, the most walkable district in Denver, offers affordable and convenient parking and transit options.
Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (BID), which runs from 1st to 3rd Avenues and University to Steele Streets, offers multiple parking options. With the highest walk score in the city, visitors need only park their car once and walk to over 260 shopping, dining, salon and hotel destinations.
Parking Options
- 6 Public Parking Garages in Cherry Creek North offer $6 or less flat rate parking on weekends (all day) and weeknights beginning at 5:00pm.
- On-street parking meters, managed by the City of Denver, are available for $1 per hour for up to three hours, Monday - Saturday. These meters are free on Sundays and holidays.

- 500 retail customer parking spaces are available in the BID for free to customers of specific businesses.
About the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (BID)
The Cherry Creek North BID was established in 1989 as the first business improvement district in Colorado. The District encompasses a 16-block (27 acres) area, bound by 1st and 3rd Avenues and University and Steele Streets. The BID’s mission is to actively plan, manage and promote Cherry Creek North as a premier retail/restaurant, office, hotel and residential destination.
