Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood in Cherry Creek is launching a new dinner series that transports guests to iconic coastal destinations through food, wine, and atmosphere.
The series debuts Thursday, June 25 at 6:30 pm with a Nantucket-inspired Harbor Feast clambake, bringing classic New England summer to Denver for one night only. Priced at $120 per person, the dinner is an intimate and fully immersive coastal escape.
The family-style menu is built around a true coastal spread, including fresh-shucked Blue Pearl oysters, whole Maine lobster, littleneck clams, peel-and-eat shrimp, sweet summer corn, honey butter cornbread, and traditional New England accompaniments. The experience opens with a Lillet Rosé Spritz, continues with Miraval Rosé served alongside the meal, and closes with summer berry shortcake and a G.H. Mumm Brut Champagne toast.
