Affectionately called “Henry the Hot Dog Man” by many, you can find Rubinchik under his iconic blue and yellow Sabrett branded umbrella at the corner of Milwaukee Street and 3rd Avenue, Monday through Saturday at lunchtime throughout the warmer months, just as he’s done for the past 25 years.
