Pasta Pasta Pasta Announces New Owners

Pasta Pasta Pasta in Cherry Creek North is pleased to welcome Vittorio Gallinari and Mario Petit as the new owners of the this Cherry Creek staple.
This popular Italian restaurant, known for its authentic café style service, will continue to provide the same great recipes, service and hospitality that guests have come to enjoy for the past 31 years. In addition, Mario, the Executive Chef, will present some of his favorite dishes from Florence, Italy, where he owned a successful restaurant for over 20 years. The restaurant will also offer an expanded wine list and happy hour specials throughout the week.
“We will maintain many of the recipes that have become Pasta Pasta Pasta favorites, while introducing new tastes and concepts to our menu,” said Mario. “Our plans will provide more people with the opportunity to enjoy all the things that make Pasta Pasta Pasta one of Denver’s favorite dining destinations.”
Pasta Pasta Pasta is located in Cherry Creek North in the NorthCreek Shops, just south of 2nd Avenue along Fillmore Street. Vittorio and Mario re-opened the restaurant earlier this month.
