The property’s crown jewel...is the rooftop, where chef de cuisine Ian Wortham, a Tavernetta alum, runs a beachy-chic eatery that churns out wood-fired pizzas and spritzes next to the pool, which has its own bar. Add in the three ground-floor, public drinking and dining establishments (all run by New York City–based restaurant group Quality Branded), and it’s easy to #treatyoself without leaving the property. But that would be a shame, given the Clayton’s location amid some of the city’s bougiest blocks.
