Cherry Creek North BID Welcomes Susan Fry, Environment Manager
The BID welcomes Susan Fry, Environment Manager, to the team. In her new role, Susan will manage the physical environment programs for the BID to ensure that the 16-block area is vibrant, green and welcoming. Susan will oversee the BID maintenance, landscaping, and streetscape contracts and crews as well as work closely with BID constituents.
Susan's extensive background includes almost 20 years as the Assistant Director of Denver Parks and Recreation where she managed park operations and oversaw resource protection, visitor safety and volunteer stewardship programs. Most recently, Susan managed BID operations for the Downtown Denver Partnership and oversaw operations and maintenance contracts for the 16th Street Mall, Denver Union Station, Wynkoop Plaza and Central Platte Valley.
