This summer, Blue Island Oyster Bar invites you to travel from Nantucket to the Caribbean, THE WEST COAST, and the Amalfi through four immersive dining experiences inspired by some of the world’s most iconic waterfront destinations.

Each Escape dinner features a chef-driven menu, curated beverage pairings, and signature moments designed to transport you somewhere new—without ever leaving Cherry Creek.

Please note, these events are subject to our cancellation policy: If you cancel at least 5 working days prior to the class, we will reimburse your ticket 100%.
