This July, Chef & Shucker goes local with a Colorado-inspired edition celebrating the farmers, ranchers, cheesemakers, winemakers, beekeepers, and artisans who make Colorado one of the country’s most exciting food regions.

Blue Island Oyster Bar invites guests to an immersive Chef & Shucker experience pairing fresh oysters and chef-driven seafood creations with a curated selection of Colorado-grown and Colorado-crafted ingredients. Expect local wines, artisan cheeses, seasonal produce, regional honey, and other thoughtfully sourced ingredients woven throughout the menu.

Along the way, guests will learn the art of oyster shucking, explore how terroir influences flavor from both land and sea, and hear the stories behind the producers featured throughout the evening.
